Shipping
Okoboji Skin Care offers FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all U.S. merchandise orders $50 and over (excluding taxes).
For shipments totaling less than $50, there is a delivery charge of $5.95. Our standard shipping options are UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail.
Processing Time
Orders received between Monday and Friday are usually processed the same day or by the end of next business day. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday are usually processed by the end of the day Monday.
Pricing
In the event that a Okoboji Skin Care product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Okoboji Skin Care reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Okoboji Skin Care reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Okoboji Skin Care shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Returns
Okoboji Skin Care will gladly accept returns for any un-opened products within 60 days of the PURCHASE date. To ensure a timely refund to your account, please return the item immediately upon deciding that you do not want the product. Return shipping and handling fees are free to our customers. Okoboji Skin Care will refund the entire purchase price of the item less shipping and handling. Please follow the simple instructions below:
